2003 guidebook

No guidebook here yet, but we did get the VM yesterday.

I'm also hoping the new book holds together better than the old one. Ours is in tatters. Glad it's not just ours though... I was thinking I was just too obsessive about using it all the time!

I wonder how they send them out....Looks like they send them out of the country first.

But I would imagine they have some method, maybe alphabetically, or by state, or by home resort, or maybe even by member number?

Anybody have any ideas?

Yes, VM arrived yesterday and new guide landed in "Bonnie Scotland" this morning.

Received our guide book in northern MN last Monday, the 9th. Still miss the original loose leaf guide book, but am getting use to this version. I always enjoy dreaming about another trip!

I have received neither the VM nor the new guidebook and I am in MN too. Getting a little miffed that I still haven't gotten anything since March when we joined...

Rec'd both VM and guide book in Maine today. Yipee!!!!
Dh says upon my distraction, intense distraction, he is going to buy a new car today............he says I won't notice.

but no VM. Guide Book arrived today. To answer the question re: binding - No, doesn't look like it is going to hold up any better than the last one. The photography and colors are beautiful though. Much prettier than last year's, in my opinion.

How hard would it be for DVC to print a Members Guidebook(with our dues) that doesn't fall apart after 1 month??

EmptyNester-I thought I was the only DVC fanatic up here in the arctic. brrrrr. Hope yours shows up soon. If it doesn't you are welcome to come visit and look at mine. My DH would just love for me to make a new friend that I can talk DVC to all the time. LOL!!! We usually get our stuff long after everyone else here posts they have gotten theirs Hang in there!!!
