First I forgot to tell you how cute your kids are. They will have so much fun,yes even the little one!
That was so sweet of your mom! It's good to have all your efforts recognized. This can be very overwhelming and takes a lot of time. But it is so worth it. You will be prepared when you walk in. When I did all my preparing and I walked into the park the first time I felt like I was home and I knew the place.
That sounds right. I haven't been to SSR (I'm not sure about the boat), but I know where it is located. I might have to go check it out. The TTC is what you go through if you park at the MK. The monorail also goes through it. It is also handy for getting from park to park, but you won't have hoppers so don't worry about that. You will probably only find yourself there if you lose something, that is where the lost and found is located. Make sure you give yourself plenty of travel time.
How are you doing with your dining reservations?
Hehe, I'm not sure! I have never had to use one. We always get right on or wait 10min or so. Hopefully that will be the case while you are there.
Don't worry! I didn't have a binder either, just a notebook. Then as I told you before I forgot itYou will be fine, take a deep breathe and relax! You are going to have an amazing time!
Sorry about the flu shot. I am pretty sure we had the swine flu in our house. It was more like the regular flu and I watched my kids really close and they were fine. I am wondering if it is more hype then anything else. But that is just my opinion.
Just make sure you have your dining reservations and all else will be good.
If you need anything I'm here!
i have myself totally confused now for the boardwalk partSo... do I have this right?
Traveling from SSR:
To get to:
any of the parks- Bus
DTD- bus, walk, or boat
Poly or Contemporary- bus to MK, then monorail
Boardwalk area- go to DTD, then bus
now where does the ticket and transportation area come in?
We have used our EMH during off season. Which will be the time you are here I believe. I was at DTD today and yesterday and the crowds didn't seem too bad.
As far as your second question....I hope there is someone out there who knows more then me on that. I do know you can take a bus from the Boardwalk to DTD. Going to Boardwalk from SSR you have a couple options.
1. Take a bus to a park then take a bus to the Boardwalk.
2. Take a bus to HS, ride a boat or walk to Boardwalk(there is a nice path that leads to the Boardwalk).
If it were me I would take a bus to HS then walk to Boardwalk, that would probably be the fastest. If I were tired I would just hop on a boat.
Hope this helps. Or have I confused you more?
Did you say you have NEVER eaten a TS at WDW???? If you haven't boy are you in for a treat!!!
I think you'll be fine doing morning EMHs. Hit all the rides that you think will have longer lines later in the day first. Then in the afternoon you could take a break then go back to the park in the late afternoon. So I've decided... I"m going to stick with my plan to utilize the EMH on most park days. But just in case, I'm working on touring plans. If it is really busy, i'll have something to fall back on. And if not, i'll just use it as a reference for which rides to run to at opening.
My thoughts on Epcot- FP soarin and ride test track
my choice for animal kingdom - fp kali so i don't have to get wet until late in the day. the only thing i'm not crazy about is that the touring plan i have it based off of never gets any fp for everest. it suggests riding everest around dinner time, but with no fp. will this be a crazy line?
still have to work on dhs and mk
It looks like you had a fun weekend. And how cool is it to have cousins around to play with?! I love the picture of them coloring. Sometimes it's the simple things in life that we remember.![]()
