Call because that happened to us in January. Somehow they had one of the kids listed as the lead guest on the reservation. I never would have received them if I hadn't called.
Chances are there is a hold on them, possibly because of a name not matching. This happens a lot. Call tech support and they will release the hold for you.
And what's with the 10 day thing? I've seen so many posts on the DIS lately from people trying to call in room requests and being told they can't do that until 10 days out. Maddening, I say.
Where do you see the magic bands shipping information? On the page where you can modify the bands? It will eventually replace the "you have x days left to modify your bands" type message?
Late updating here! I asked my TA and she said not to worry, but I, a worry wart and called anyways. They were on hold because she had my married name under the reservation and on MDE I had my current name. So he released them and said they should ship by the end of the week!
