Hi everyone I am finding it VERY difficult to relax at the moment. This time in 2 weeks I will be on a plane...in fact i think we would just have taken off!!!

I am having great difficulty sleeping, this morning I have the day off work and guess what..I woke at 5:45am and that was it! i simply was 2 excited to even contemplate going back to sleep!

I keep getting jolts of pure excitement and have already packed my suitcase

I am so excited... i am so desperate to do anything holiday related I was walking up and down an aisle in tesco planning what 'travel sweets' I needed just so i was doing something that involved the holiday! I am nuts? :confused3

I am honeslty worried if I can cope with the anticipation for the next 2 weeks without having a heart attack! :Pinkbounc

So my question to you all is...how do you or are you coping with the 2 weeks before going to DISNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wave2:

OMG LOrapinky, I've got 11 weeks to go and I've been doing the travel sweet debate too! by the time I'm 2 weeks out I'll be driving EVERYONE nuts, my clients already think I'm mad as every time they come in saying 'are there any brochures out yet for next year?' I give out disney info, then they walk away saying 'actually I was thinking of the algarve...'
whoops!

Two weeks today for me also :dancer:

Not only can I not concentrate at work, but I can't be bothered either!!! Instead of grafting away I'm alternating between wdwinfo and stick cricket, my output is almost as low as Gillespie's wicket count!!!

I've read all the guide books so I'm now in the process of selecting some holiday reading, I've been in Borders that often now without buying anything I get tailed as soon as I enter the store!!! :rotfl2:

To be pedantic, with me staying at the Radisson on the 31st August that means I've actually got less than two weeks to the start of my hols!! Woo-hoo!!!

 :teeth:  :Pinkbounc  :teeth:

I am so happy that you are all going nuts too! :cool1:

I am so so so excited!

I just know this will be the longest 2 weeks of my life and yet the thing is when im at disney (for 18 nights yippy!) I just know time will zoom by sob!

I know exactly where you are coming from, I have 3 weeks to go, I am leaving my job the day before I fly, so don't give a xxxx at work and am in holiday mode already.... :cheer2:

Hi, this is my first post. I have been lurking for a while, and this post made me get even more excited than I am already, so I thought I would introduce myself. I am Sarah, I live near Cambridge, and went to Florida for the first time a couple of years ago, and absolutely loved it. Couldnt wait to go again, and have been saving hard for the last 2 years.

I am on count down too. 6 weeks tomorrow. whooppeeee !

Myself and my OH are going to orlando for 2 wks at oak plantation (anyone been there?) and then 1 wk at indian rocks beach.
I am already driving people at work nuts with my holiday talk, and have been planning the itinerary, what clothes to take, what nibbles to take, what restaurants to eat in etc etc etc for weeks now.
We bought all our tickets from ticketmaster and were very pleased with their service.

Glad I found this UK forum, it is full of really useful info.
Nice to meet you all,
Sarah

Hi Sarah, welcome to the boards, these boards are a great way to waste a day at work!

Kev - I haven't gone as far as wearing flip-flops and bermuda shorts to work yet but if this heat keeps up who knows....

I am flying with virgin and am so excited...though i must ask everyone what do you plan to or do when you first arrive at disney? :scratchin

We will get to our room about 4 or 5pm we reckon? so do we sleep or run as fast as our legs will carry us to the parks? :moped:

I'm flying with Virgin too, we're expecting to get to our hotel at a similar time taking into account all the arrival 'shenanigans', we're gonna unpack and then stretch our legs by having a walk up the I-drive. I wouldn't waste a days entrance to a park as you'll be tired from the flight - best just to chill and have a few beers enjoying the start to your hols - then up early doors the next day to take on the parks!!!
