Just wanted to share that after my 2 week Atkins induction, I have lost 10 lbs. It was hard but now I am used to it and I am going to keep it going. The best thing is that I am now in Onederland so I am excited!!!
Thanks, everyone!! What kind of nuts should I add in? I don't really like almonds, can I have peanuts, or cashews? Also, I am not really sure how to measure out the strawberries, any help?

Peanuts and cashews are a little higher than almonds. Macadamia nuts are the best! Peanuts are lower than cashews. Strawberries can be cut into pieces and measured in a measuring cup! Blueberries and blackberries are good too!
Thanks everyone. It has been 3 weeks today since I started Atkins and I am feeling great. I am probably down about 12 lbs but I feel like it is coming off of my stomach and I feel great. It is definitely hard at first but I will stick with it because it is the only thing that has worked for me all year and I am loving it. Thanks again for the encouragement.
