2 Adults, 3 Kids. Arriving at about 11 AM one day, leaving at 6PM the next. We want to stay on site for FOTL. Looks like there is budget for 2 nights of lodging.

Would you book 2 rooms for 1 night (lots of space, but we don't have a room during the second day, have to worry about checking out, etc.) Or get 1 room for 2 nights?

Not sure where you are thinking of staying, but we have stayed at the HRH for years not and you would be crowded in one room. There are only two beds and not much room for a rollaway. We have gotten to the point that we get two rooms since the two bathrooms is a must. Unless your kids are very young and can all fit in a queen size bed you might be crowded.

Since you most likely won't be spending much time in the room I vote for 1 room for two nights. We've put 5 people in a cruise ship cabin for a week, which is much smaller than a room at the Hard Rock, and we all survived.
