I have 2 registered DAS users in my family. Already approved in the video chat and photos taken etc. I noticed the DAS tan popped up in my MDE account so I clicked into it. It’s only showing one of the people as a DAS holder. Will the other one populate once we are actually in the park? I wasn’t sure if maybe there was an error and I have to call back into the chat. Thanks!

Usually the DAS tile won't show until the DAS-holder has tapped into a park for the first time. Is it possible one member of your party had a DAS in the past, maybe not too distant past? That could be why it shows, or simply a glitch. The other individual should show once they enter a park.

Thank you! They did a little over a year ago. So maybe that’s why! And if it’s not supposed to show yet then I feel better that all is correct in the system. Do you know now with both needing DAS do I select the first child then their attraction buddies and confirm, then go back in and do the second das holder if they want to ride the same attraction? Or can I select both at once and the ride buddies?

as far as I know you will have to do one then the other for same attraction. and each will have to check in first for their ride. if you need to be with both make sure you are part of first group so you can be last line with group 1 so DAS 2 can be right behind you

Perfect! Thank you so much!

How many in your group total?

We are a party of 5, with 2 DAS. Feb. 2022 trip: We were able to select attractions under just one DAS user and add the rest of our party under that one user. You essentially used it as if only 1 person had DAS. A DAS holder could be included in the companion party if they do not have an attraction booked under their DAS already. It simplified things for us as we mostly traveled together to attractions, and our DS wanted to be "first" in line, so he always tapped in first as the DAS "holder".

If/When we split up to do separate things, then each used their DAS individually with their companions.

We are 7 people. So would we select one son and 5 others. Then go back and make the same attraction selection for our other son?

Parties over 6 are different. You will require assistance from a CM. When we met up with friends during our last trip, we actually did exactly this. I'm pretty sure we could see our entire party of 9 but we couldn't add more than 6 total (DAS holder + 5 companions) to a single return time. We had assistance from a Blue Tent CM when we were linking our friends that day. So that may have been why we could see everyone. Or if it was because DD had 4 people linked to her and DS had the others linked to him. Neither has their own MDE, they are both under mine.

When we were booking return times we used mine and DH's MDE's. I booked DD's plus 4 companions (5 total). DH booked DS's plus the other 3 companions (4 total). We did this simultaneously as we were standing together so we got the same return times and we made sure that we were only selecting certain people. Again, I don't know if we were supposed to be able to see all 9 people or not, the CM may have given us pixie dust that day.

If you can't see your whole party, you will have to use 2 MDE's similarly as to what we did. I would have two separate devices to do this. It made it a lot easier.

Ohh ok. Thanks for the heads up

As long as everyone is part of your family/friends group, everyone should show up. We were a party of 8 with 3 DAS holders on our last trip, and I managed everything for everyone. It's pretty intuitive once you get into the park.

Yes, if you have 7, you'd get a pass for a ride on 1 for DAS holder+ 5, then the 2nd DAS holder+ whoever wasn't on the first one
