1. Are there any Disney restaraunts that do not accept Disney Diftcards as payment??

2. Are the Fantasmic packages included in the DDP??

3. Is there a separate number to make ressies at Rainforest Cafe, since they are not Disney? Or do they take ressies through the regular Disney number?

For question number 2, the answer is yes, DDP does include Fantasmic plans even during the free dining period. I just made my ADR.

I don't know about the RFC in DTD, but I made a ressie for the one in AK at the same time I made my others through Disney Dining.
