2 Parks, 1 Day

I'm a veteran WDW traveler, and this year we're taking a day off of our trip to visit Universal. It's during Christmas week so I know it will be busy and I'm trying to maximize time. We will be spending the night onsite and have early access and Express Pass. My plan is to head straight to Diagon Alley during the early open. Should I then hop on Hogwarts Express to tour Hogsmeade or stay in USF before heading to IOA?

By the time you get to IOA, it will be packed. I'd probably save one HP area until night time.
