2 park 7 day pass upgrade and Harry Potter

Never been to Universal and planning a trip for April 28 to May 7, 10. 2 adults, 2 college aged 'kids'. Staying offsite.

Looking at AAA deal of 2 parks for 7 days, unlimited admission. Harry Potter opening date still not known.

Wondering about the crowds and whether it would be worth the upgrade to Express pass. If HP doesn't open till after then, would we need?

If Harry Potter isn't open by the time you come down, I would wait until you arrive to purchase the Express Plus passes. If Harry Potter IS open, I would recommend purchasing the EP's BUT...I doubt you could use the passes for the attractions at WWoHP. The parks will still be slammed but again...purchase them at either park once you arrive.

Still no definite date yet other than spring 2010
