.....pounds til I reach 199!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really was shocked when I weighed myself last night at mom and dad's house. DH and I went grocery shopping and we purchased french fries, because all I wanted was a burger and fries.
I did eat the burger on my low carb bread, but as you know the fries were not. Well, I'm still down 5 POUNDS over 3 weeks. I guess it was the fact that I did not eat the FF everyday AND I started doing Tae Bo again. My husband and I have a lot going on in the next few months at churches, so I have been dancing also to have my dances ready. I'm telling you I use muscles I didn't even know I had when I dance.
I also dance one hour everytime I do it and I can really feel it in the end. I did my 8 minute work yesterday because I had time for nothing else and I was sweating like I just ran 10 miles!!
So now I have to continue eating at work like I have been, salad bars and low carb items only. I did have chicken tenders a couple of times, but I used mustard as the sauce which has no sugar. I only do diet sodas about twice a week and I need to continue in that direction also. I'm just really trying to get more water into my diet....I have to!
So I won't weigh myself again for two weeks, either on the 23rd or the 24th and hopefully when I step on that scale I will see 199 for the first time in nearly 15 years!!
Send some pixie dust my way and I'll let you guys know what happens.
