Heading down to Disney with a 3 and 5 year old and I know they will want to ride the Tomorrowland Speedway. Any suggestions on how to make this possible when there is only one of me?

The rules may have changed since this trip in 2011, but it was no problem to fit one adult and two smallish kids in the car... my sister with niece and nephew in the front car, and my aunt with my son and cousin in the 2nd car. As it happens, both sets of kids in each car were 3 & 5 at the time.

I've seen adult/2 small kids in the cars. There are two headrests, but its a big bench type seat. There is however, only 1 steering wheel, so that could get pose a problem.

You should be fine with 2 small children and one adult. You may need to ride twice though so they each get a turn at driving. ;)

What is the minimum age/height for an older child who wants to ride/drive alone?

Oh, I found this

This attraction is most appealing to young children, but children must be 54" or taller to drive alone (must be 32" to ride with an adult).

When I have taken the kids by myself, they let us go around two times so I could switch who was driving. This was during a Non-Peak time so they may not be able to allow this.
