Oh, ok it makes sense nowI'm a Yankee fan too...while I'm sure its been good being a Giants fan up there recently, I doubt its been any fun being a Yankees fan in Red Sox nation this season. I don't know whats going on with them!
Let's just hope the Giants kick some Cardinals butt tomorrow
Ok - since I was computer-less when you left this post, I will reply based on today's game: I'm sitting here watching the G-men kick some Redskin butt this week! Working towards 11-1 baby!
And no, it hasn't been fun being a Yankee fan around here lately, but everyone once in awhile, I mention Bucky Dent or Aaron Boone - that shuts them up pretty quickly!
Wonderful first day - and it just kept getting better and better! Hope you can to enjoy the BW someday also - we LOVE it!

Thanks for reading!Yes, you should have stayed longer for a drink. I wish we ALL could have stayed longer! It's hard though - we all have our plans. Glad to year you enjoyed Fantasmic and that Sunday wasn't too bad at Epcot.

All caught up Cammie - what a great first day! The Delta people sure treated you right. Looks like an awesome DISmeet too. I had my first one last December and now she and another DIser and I are headed to WDW next week for a girls trip! Who would have thought you'd make such great friends here!
Sorry about your computer - I had a similar problem a few weeks ago but caught it in time. No fun!
Are you planning a Disney vacation with DISers you met on these boards? I'm trying to do that with a group I met here also - some people think we're crazy! But, I don't know - I've really connected with quite a few people here; I don't think it's crazy at all! And now that I've met a few DISers, my daughters no longer think I'm crazy either!

Hey guys - sorry for the gap in installments. Got my computer back and I'm ready to go! On to day 2..........
We had DHS on the schedule for today. Now, for those of you who have read my pre-TR, you all know that my girls and I are NOT early-risers! We would rather sleep in and stay out late. My sister and her family though - up at the crack of dawn! My sister was determined to be at DHS for rope drop and head right over to TSM for fast passes since they had had such a hard time getting on that ride so far this vacation. They called our room and were ready to go by 8:30am; while we were not completely ready, we were only lagging behind by 15 minutes. I was pretty proud of myself - there's alot to do to get Amanda ready in the morning, but since it was the start of vacation, I had still had alot of energy in me!(that would change as the week went on!) We left our room by 8:50 and were to meet my sister and family at TSM.
Of course, I can't pass up a photopass opportunity:
We're wearing our matching MK castle shirts; Lauren and I bought them during our trip in June. Love them!
I had stopped in guest services and they issued us a Guest Assistance Card for Amanda, which I was thrilled to see allowed us to enter through the FP line at attractions. Once we got to TSM, we were able to by-pass the long wait. The card is wonderful to have. Once inside, we were shown to a special boarding area for wheelchairs; it was still about a 15-20 minute wait for the wheelchair car, but who cares? At least we were waiting in air-conditioning!

While waiting to board, we spotted my sister and her family - they were boarding at about the same time. Once off, we decided to head over and visit with Buzz Lightyear:
After that, we really wanted to catch the first Beauty and the Beast show. My girls and I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this show! LOVED the movie; LOVED the Broadway show; LOVE the DHS show!
We got great seats - front and center!
Now, get ready! Since I love this show so much (did I already mention that?), I took a TON of pictures! For those of you who don't enjoy the wonderfulness of this production, you might want to just continue to scroll down!
I know Gaston is a villian, but he cracks me up!

Continued from last post........Beauty and the Beast show:
After the show, the few brave souls in our party decided to head over to Tower of Terror - that would be Lauren, her cousin Katie, my BIL, and my mom. The rest of us did a restroom break and browsed the shops. Here's a picture of the picture from ToT. See that child in the back on the left - yeah, that's Lauren holding on to my brother-in-law for dear life. She swears this is the last time she is riding this!
While the brave kids were riding ToT, the rest of headed over to do some character greets. We went into the Animation Studio building and met up with Sorceror Mickey:
We then got to meet the characters from Disney's newest movie "Bolt" - it was Bolt himself and his sidekick Mittens:
By this time, our party was together again, and we headed back to TSM so all the kids could ride together:
Lauren rode with my youngest niece - which made my niece very happy!(she adores Lauren!):
After the ride, we met up with some green Army men. The kids were instructed to salute - which my nephew took very seriously:
We then decided to head over to the Indiana Jones show. On the way, we stopped in the Streets of America - of course, made the kids pose for a pic.
Once in the Indy show, we were again seated in an excellent location - front row, right center. They started looking for volunteers - our group very loudly "suggested" my sister - she went willingly!

She was introduced and then shuffled off for use later in the show! And now it was time for Indy!

My sister was now called out to play her part - she's one of the market shoppers - on the fifth from the left:

Now here's a little hint we got from the CM at the show. Some of you may know this, but I didn't. If you hang around after the show, when most of the crowd clears out, you can get autographs and pictures with Indy and Marian. Just go down to the front right side of the stage and the characters will come over. They just like to wait until most of the audience has left so they are not overwhelmed. Cool!
They were both very nice and even pulled Amanda's wheelchair out onto the stage because we didn't have enough room to turn her around for a decent picture.
After this show, it was time to head over for our lunch ADRs at 50s Primetime Cafe. I'm sorry I didn't get many pix here either. Our server was great! Her name was Adrienne and she was such a hoot! She made my youngest niece set the table and then asked her to help clear when we were done. She didn't quite know what to make of it all and just followed orders. When it came time for dessert, I was disappointed to see that we weren't given the viewmasters to look at the menu. Adrienne informed me she couldn't find any but that I was welcome to look for some myself - which I did! I found three in a back room and was then promptly SCREAMED at while I stole them and brought them back to our table! It made quite the scene but was very funny! This is really a fun place to dine at with a big crowd!

i love beauty and the beast - post all the pictures you want! gaston is one of my favorite villians. he reminds me of my neighbor.

The Bolt characters were very cute. From what I hear, they also have the hamster (or gerbil?). We missed him! My niece was so cute; she saw the characters and actually thought that maybe Miley Cyrus would be there too!

Aaaah - it's good to be back! I missed my DIS! And, yes, the B&B show would be the perfect thing for your wife and DD to do - although I do think you and your DS should suck it up and experience it at least once. It reallly is good! Trust me, it's not too girly!

We saw the show one last time on our last day - the Gaston that day was HYSTERICAL! He improvised alot! When the three maids fainted, he tells them to "calm down. They only have "One Life To Live!". I don't know if that was a shout-out to SuperSoap Weekend. Also - when he first appears, he says, "Nice to meet me!"; and before he stabs the Beast, he stopped to look at his reflection in the sword!
I never noticed him doing any of these things before!

Thank you so much for all the shots. When my camera died a horrific death in FL last year I was most disappointed in that I couldn't get my pics of the show off. 
We had the best experience with Belle and the Beast in Epcot.
I loved all of the shots (including cute butt).

Great installment! I love the tip about sticking around after the Indy show for autographs.
Last time we went my kiddos were picked to open the show with "Lights! Camera! Action!" Soo fun!

Hi-jack-FormerCastmember-If it makes you feel any better, I think Cammie told me you were having a baby, and I would have never guessed it, you barely showed and you are no way fat. People don't know what to say when you are pregnant, and they usually end up saying the stupidest things that they would never say to someone that isn't pregant.

Your time at PT looks fun! We kind of avoid being involved in scenes like that - DH seems a little grumpy, but he's just shy. Maybe sometime with a large group!
