So I'm super late to the game, but so glad to have found your PTR. Your girls are adorable and the reveal was so fantastic!

I met a friend that lives across the country through a forum similar to this one (though not Disney) and we "met" in person this past summer. Her kids are the same ages as mine and the 4 had a blast together.

Not sure when you're traveling...but we just recently decided we're taking our first summer trip this August (also first trip for us without extended family). I'll be checking along for any tips you can offer on summer vacationing!

hiiiii I just found this trip report randomly while reading others and oh my GOSH I had to come and follow along! everything about this is so adorable and exciting! AND I love how you guys were online friends and are now meeting at Disney - because my friends and I did that exact thing last year and then for a second trip this year! ANDDD we're writing a trip report together too, so this is very relevant to my interests

We have told them where we're staying, and they are very excited. It was so funny - it took a while for each thing to sink in for them. After we revealed the trip, we had to tell them we'd be staying in the same hotel ("NOO! REALLY???), eating at the same restaurants ("NOO WAY!!!!). One of the first things they asked was whether they could do BBB together, and they have been planning all the dresses they want to wear to the parks.

A Not-Really-an-Update Update

Hi DIS Friends!!! Shannon and I are so sorry that we have been terrible about updating this PTR. You know how it is though - work, kids, holidays, etc. It all gets in the way of DIS time. Oh, and Willow and I kind of sneaked off to Disneyland again earlier this month as well.

Anyway, just wanted to do a quick post and let y'all know that we have not abandoned our trip or our PTR! In fact, if anyone has happened to look at my ticker, you may have noticed that our ADR Day is fast approaching!

So I am very hopeful that Shannon and I will be able to coordinate well enough shortly after making our ADRs to update you all about all of our great dining plans!

I love how ya'll refer to each other as best friends that live 2,000 miles away. I've met friends here on the Dis too and talk about them as if they live just around the corner. Nothing better than Dis friends!
