2 days with express pass, 1 day without

Hoping someone with universal experience can give me some advice! We are staying in a condo off property but are booking a room on site for one night so the 5 of us can have FOTL for 2 days. We will then have a third day where we will not have FOTL.

So my question is...what should we save for the third day? We are going the week of memorial day if that makes a difference (Wed, Thurs, Fri)
