Hi,

I'll be going to Universal for two days from 6/20 to 6/21. We're gonna have a full day on Saturday, and on Sunday we have to leave around 6PM to catch our flight home. My question is, which park should we do on which day? We'll be staying on-site, so we'll have the FOTL option.

Please let me know... thanks!

Why not do both parks each day? When we go we like to wander back and forth. Sometimes we'll start the day off at Universal, back to the hotel for pool break, then over to Islands 'til close. Other times we'll do the opposite.

Then day 2, you can re-visit your favourites.

Biggest thing is that by staying onsite, you'll have have a fantastic, unhurried time to enjoy the parks.

With FOTL, about how long does it take to do the major rides in each park, on a weekend?

Saturday especially toward the evening might be a little more crowded due to the summer concert series (LL Cool J is playing.) I'm not sure exactly where that's going to be but maybe someone here will know. I've heard even on the busiest days though FOTL is no longer than a 15-20 minute wait at the longest.

I would recommend doing IOA on the saturday and US on sunday (departure day) for one reason only; water rides.

IOS has some great water rides where you will get soaked where US has no water rides so you can enjoy all the attractions without having to find a place to change on the way out or after leaving on the travel day.
