2 couples, same room, MDE linkage questions

Hopefully this reaches the appropriate forum. I booked a late trip for my wife and our friends. 2 couples total. We all have magic bands through previous WDW stays(they also have a MDE/WDW account). They have the FL seasonal pass and we have the FL 4 park pass which we are using our last day 5/24. We are staying at CBR from 5/24-5/25. I booked CBR on my MDE/WDW account and I added the couple on the guest list. My question is, how do I go along booking FP+, dinner reservations etc. and having it linked to their bands if they have their own separate MDE account and this trip is on my account. We all just want everything to be the same on all 4 magic bands. I hope this isn't too confusing to explain. Thanks in advanced.

The MagicBands (MBs) are irrelevant.
There's nothing that gets "put onto" any MB.
The only thing that matters is that you book all information for everything and everybody
into a single MDE account, or that multiple MDE accounts are linked to yours
and you make all the reservations (FP+) and ADRs for everybody.

Once the info is in the MDE account(s), any individual guest's MagicBand associated with that MDE account can access the info and reservations.

You and the other couple need to invite each other to be friends on MDE and share plans. Then when you make ADRs and FPs you can include them when you are making the reservations.

They need to be added to your MDE account as Friends & Family and you need to be on their MDE. You need to invite them to Plan & Share and vice versa. Then either of you will be able to schedule FP+, ADRs etc. that include all four of you.

So they need to accept my invite that I just emailed to them.....AND they also have to send email invites to me/DW as well?
