2 BR in December 2004

I have read here that getting a room in early December is very difficult. We would like to go down to our home resort, BCV, and get a 2 bedroom in Dec 2004.

Would we be more apt to get one if we call every day at the 11 month window for each day of our stay or can we call for all 7 nights at once? I know we have to wait until the 11 months from our check out day and I'm worried we won't get anything for the beginning of our stay if I wait.

This is probably a stupid question but, if we book it day by day, will they put all the ressies together or will we have to check in and check out and possibly move to a different 2 bedroom? TIA

We signed and delivered our paperwork yesterday! Already we are worried we didn't get enough points! We planned on taking an anniversary trip in March but just found out we are expecting our 2nd child in April, so we'll have to wait until December!

Call the first day and ask about availability. The CM may be able to help you judge whether it's necessary to call every day or whether you can just call and book the whole thing. Chances are even if you are missing a day or two at 11 months that the wait list will fill those days in before December. When you book day-by-day, they do link the reservations together into one reservation.

I booked a 2 BR and a 1BR for this Dec at my home resort, BWV, by calling day by day in January at the 11 month window. I did this just to be sure I got what I needed as I wanted standard views, which tend to go quick. My dates were set it stone, as well, so this worked out better for me. Each day when I called I just said that I wanted to add another day onto an existing reservation and gave them the reservation #, so everything was linked together.

You shouldn't have any problem at all getting a 2BR at BCV by calling 11 months from checkout.

Even though that is a popular time to go, the 2BR villas aren't likely to disappear in the first week.

If you are wanting a GV at OKW or BWV (or SSR), a Standard BWV room or a BW view at BWV- the daily call is probably a MUST.

If you do decide to call daily, just let MS know your plans and they will put each day on the same reservation and send out just one confirmation when you have all the days you want. They will all be linked and there will be no worry about having a different room each day.
