2 Bedroom lock off not available for cash?

I was told you can not reserve a 2 bedroom lock off on the weekends for cash, is this true?

Was it that you can't do it or that there was no availability? Several resorts have only lock off two bedrooms so it may be that if you were looking for the DVC discount there was no availability.

Yes we have done it many times at OKW before.

Which resort?

If it's a resort that also has dedicated 2 bedrooms, it's possible they don't want to reserve the lockoff 2 bedrooms, they would rather leave them open as 1 bedrooms and studios.

I would suspect you can't reserve a lockoff specifically. If you do reserve a 2 BR though, you may be able to get a lockoff and you could always request one, not guaranteed of course.
