Well, not exactly....

But with in-laws, 2 Bdrm OKW did seem too small....

So if I got 2 1bdrms at OKW, can they be next door to each other....

Or the other place we like would be 2 1BRs at BCV.

Or maybe I should just get a OKW GV? But we need first floor access, or a elevator, because in-laws can't do steps. But it can't be Handicappped, because they hate the low counters.

It's only 5 of us, but in-laws get up at 4 a.m. to do dishes and cook (Bang / crash), and hubby wants to sleep in late til 1p.m. TOtally different schedules. and when in-laws get up, they wake DD-7 on livingroom couch, and then I have to get up to take care of her...., so by the time hubby is up I'm exhausted (time to go to the parks..).

They are extreme early birds, and hubby is late night owl....

I have to look at the points.....

Opinions.

I feel your pain!!!!

I have now been twice with the in-laws (one of them NEVER sleeps), DH who is also a night-owl and 2 DD's 7 & 14. We always get a 2 bedroom lock-off and it works well for us. We put the in-laws in the studio side, where they stay until a pre-arranged time. Husband sleeps on the pull-out, so he can stay up as late as he likes. Myself and DD 14 sleep in the king sized bed and we put DD 6 on her blow-up "Princess" sleeping bag by the window in the master bedroom.

GOOD LUCK!!!!

How about a lock-off. That way the il's would have their own entrance & kitchette. Just tactfully let them know that you will open up the door between the rooms when everyone is up & ready to start the day. Thank them for understanding that dh & dd need to sleep. If they can't do that, I would get seperate rooms.

Another options would be a GV at SSR - they are 2 story, but there is elevator access to the second level.

Why not get the in-laws a studio that's not next door to your 1-bedroom...perhaps over at WL. :rotfl2:
I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist.

To answer your q's. I give away the master bedroom, because inlaw is 6'6, and needs the bigger bed.

What is the room # of the OKW first floor GV please.

and how do you call special services?

Anyone have the link to the OKW map. I'm wondering if 2 1BRs have to above each other, or next to each other, or are at opposite ends of each other in the set of buildings.
