Just saw this thread. Hi everyone! I'm also on the 2/13 cruise with 11 others! This will be my second Wonder cruise. DH and I have a DD-8 and the cruise is a secret so far, but would love to have her e-mail some other girls before the cruise. We're going to tell her about it in the middle of January. This trip includes two of my neighbors' families with 2 boys ages 9 and 10, and 3 girls ages 3, 7 and 7. My family is the only one that's cruised DCL before (and are Disers). I've got to get my lime green! We're arriving (from South Jersey) on Friday 2/11 and staying near the airport. Would love to have a meet at Scoops.

Welcome, I think the e-mail idea is good, Ill run it by my DD. She has also posted here on DIS. My DGD is 9. It would let them get to know each other a little before they board the ship.

We are arriving on Saturday and are staying at the Amerisuites Airport Northeast (just across the freeway from the airport).

Still have to get out to Home Depot for the lime green . . .

Well that was a fun day. We received over 10 inches of snow and now we get the bill chill. Tonight's low is near 0. I wonder what the weather is like on CC?

We got our Alien Green Mickey chits from Home Depot the other day. Now all we need is for the 50 days to pass . . . .

Hi, everyone!! My DH, DD (8), DS (6), DM, DF & I will all be on the February 13th cruise also!!! We are so excited!!! It's been terribly cold up here in Northern Maine and the Florida/Caribbean sun will be soooo welcome!!! We are flying into Orlando on Feb. 9 and will be staying at the Pop Century until the 13th AM before we head off to Port Canaveral... Question: Our flight is not departing until 12 Noon on Friday the 18th--so we have from 9 AM on Thursday until then to just hang out and relax---any recommendations for hotels that have airport shuttle service in Orlando???

Also, would be great if some of our children could make friends before hand--would make going into the kid's clubs easier for them if they "knew" a buddy first....

The Amerisuites Airport Northeast has shuttle service to the airport. They are just north of the airport.

My ds 7 would love to make some new friends. We haven't told the kiddos about the cruises yet. Make sure you get your limegreen mickeys at Home Depot. We're meeting at 3:00pm in front of Scoops on deck 9.

Hey Rick you know what THEY say, "High ho, high ho it's off to work I go." Just think, work will make the waiting more bearable.

We decided not to tell dd and ds about the trip. Instead, we decided that we are going to secretly pack for them and then tell them that DH is going on a long business trip and we have to take him to the airport. Our dd knows something is up, but she would never think of a quick trip on the Wonder. She is difficult to surprise, so we can't wait to see her face.

Can't wait to get out of the cold weather.
Wow I am watch the behind the sceens of Disney currently on the Travel channel and there is 47 square miles to Disney World. No wonder my feet hurt so bad after my Disney vacations!

We're in for another winter storm tonight and tomorrow . When all is said and done, we could have upwards of 10 inches of snow and ice. Should be a "fun" drive into work tomorrow.

At least the cruise is only 39 days away . . .

It's getting close now. We are getting excited.

We live in the Detroit area and we are supposed to get some big snow just in time for the drive home from work.

February 13th can't come soon enough!!!
