***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

I know you got your answer already from a few of these great ladies, but you can see this in MDE too if you want to. There's probably another way, but I just:
~Click My Reservations and Tickets
~Under FastPass+ Section (way at the bottom under ADRs) you'll see "planning page" (it's in blue and clickable when hovered over). Click that.
~Click "Make selections"

And it should say: You may begin making selections on 10/04/2016.

Actually mine does not say that, just says get started. I think it's because I have linked tickets and not a package maybe?

Sorry to change the subject... but I just wanted to make sure I'm on the right page on booking fastpasses. It's 60 days at 7am, right? And if I'm going on Dec 3, my FP booking day will be Oct 4, correct?

There will be a whole bunch of us getting fp's on Tuesday, Oct 4th.

Oops!! I wasn't clear! I meant I thought about what you suggested!! I was wondering how to go about getting card tickets! Thanks for answering!! I don't want to get involved with sdfp on the party tickets.
In the end.. I'll likely just get it on the bands. Less to think about, and like everyone said. It can be taken care of at guest services!

I just bought the Halloween party tickets yesterday so it is fresh in my mind, mostly.
After you pay for the tickets you will get three options for delivery.
1. email voucher
2. expedited delivery - super fast for extra cost
3. regular USPS delivery

The second and third choices will give you the hard cards, the voucher won't. But all three methods will have your party tickets show up in your MDE account, which means that you can use your Magic Bands to get into the park even if you have the hard tickets. I always like to get the hard tickets because I like to get Disney stuff in the mail. But someone can use either the MB's or hard tickets, it doesn't matter as long as the tickets show up in their MDE account.

I have another FP question! (LOL, I'm full of questions today, super excited since I booked my flights already) Hypothetically, what happens when you miss an FP? Is it just expired and you can book new ones after the 3 used/ expired? I'm particularly concerned about the EPCOT and DHS ones since they are tiered. For example, I have EPCOT FP for Land, Sea, FEA. Let's say I end up not using the Living with the Land FP. and then I hop to DHS. Can I get my 4th tier 1 FP there? (if available of course)

My day is September 29 and I'm SOOOO not ready! In fact, it's the same day as dd7's birthday but thankfully we're having her party the weekend before so I'll at least have that out of the way. I really need to focus!

@Candycane83 I just looked up the thread that talks about your question. If you decide not to do the land when in Epcot, as soon as you tap your band to use one of your FP at Epcot you can immediately change the Land out for what ever ride is available at another park, it can be a tier one.
Am I clear as mud?

Great thanks guys!! I think it should work. I think that if you book one only that is a Tier 1 (at EPCOT/ DHS), I read you cannot make another Tier 1 without making the 2 Tier 2 FPs. Does that make sense? That's why I'm wondering if you miss it, what would the effect be.

My fp day is October 3 and I'm not ready either

to totally change the subject, which would you guys recommend CRT dinner or breakfast? ( to be completely honest, I don't even remember if I asked this already?!? Probably not, it's just one of the things that's always passing through my mind and I keep forgetting to research it) the breakfast menu does seem a bit weird to me though...

I heard its not good. You are paying for experience.

@areno79 - surprisingly, I have not had any spreadsheets open today. I had a bunch of calls and I should be finishing slides for a presentation to my leadership team, but I'm tired. We have 1/2 day Friday's through all of daylight savings time so I shouldn't even still be working.



@Iowamomof4 and @Talby - I'm really looking forward to this too! We're signed up for 12/4.




@JainaAlice - I think your plans line up the closest to mine: MK on the 4th, Epcot on the 5th (and probably HS in afternoon/evening), and then Tuesday MVMCP


Feeling accomplished on the home front, I've been saying I will clean out my basement for the past 2 years. Finally actually got down to business last weekend and today I had a company come and take out a respectable pile of junk (18 year old tv, hundreds of pounds of old computer equipment/servers - my DH's hobby, non-working weed wackers - how were there 3 in the basement???!!???, etc). Now, there is actually a big space where I can start going through all of my other stuff. I need to be more ruthless about donating stuff that I don't use any more. It's just so hard! (I'm a repressed hoarder)

Congrats on the cleanup! This is happening at my house too.

Yes, but there are many ways to do it. You can actually modify on the same day for another park. The thread @JainaAlice has posted is really useful! (Thanks!!!) All the information is there!

Just read the article linked above about EMM at MK. I was interested before but now I really want to do it. Here is my dilemma ....

Our trip is Tues-Tues (December 6-13) so that only gives us the option of doing EMM on Tuesday the 13th. We don't fly out until 5:20 so that works but could make the morning tricky with packing etc. We also have a reservation for brunch at CM at noon that day. So we would eat twice within a matter of a few hours. Plus it's our last day so we may just want a relaxing morning. Are we better off to just skip it and hope they are still offering it next year? If it matters, we have three kiddos ..... 8.5, 6.5, and turning 2 the week of our trip. All girls!

Also, do you think they will add an EMM for Sunday, December 11th? We have an 8:00 breakfast at CRT that morning and I am hoping for less people entering the park at 7:45 for getting castle pics!

I have no idea why they don't have EMM scheduled for the 11th, but I doubt they'll add it. Then again, it's Disney v.2016, so all bets are off! I don't think I would try to do this with kids that small and the schedule you have. It doesn't seem worth it. You would either have to be all packed and hand your bags off at RAC by 6:30 or so (in the MORNING!! eek!) or you'd have to go to EMM and then book it back to your room to get checked out by 11. No thanks! Not worth the stress.

I would sleep in and pack slowly. With kids that age everyone will be tired of parks by your final day.

Well... that would certainly make it easier. However, I agree with Woodnymph, you'll all be kinda tired and dragging a bit by the last day. Enjoy your meal at CM's!

They are adorable and only cost $8!

On the cake chatter thread there are pictures of Cinderella, snow white, and a prince version. They also have Belle and Ariel but I have not seen pictures.

I ordered a chocolate slipper and crown for our CRT dinner. I think I might like the cupcakes more.

My tentative plan for EMM:
Hit 7dmt/Pooh/PP 'til 8:45 or so then line up with the girls to meet Rapunzel right at rope drop while the boys all head to Space Mountain.
Take the girls over to Tomorrowland to meet up with the boys and either ride Space Mountain again or hop on Tomorrowland Speedway (never rode it last time)
Return to Pinnochio Village Haus by 9:45 to eat breakfast
Use fastpasses at BTMRR, PotC, and Jungle/Jingle Cruise to finish out our morning
Grab quick service lunch in MK or hop to AK and eat a late lunch there
