***1st Week of December Thread ADR Plans, Park Hours, and dealing with Pop Warner***

This is totally unrelated, but am I missing something on looking for HDDR on the MDE app? I can search on my laptop from the MDE website and find HDDR (with no availability), but can't figure out how to search for it or Spirit of Aloha on the app. I feel like my life is devoted to checking every hour for ADR's! LOL

I don't think you can book it on the app. it will show up once you've booked it but i think the app tells you to call.

That's what I figured...thanks for confirming there wasn't something ridiculous I was missing! I can't look for F! Packages or anything like that either on the app, so guess I'll have to fire up the old laptop more regularly since I use my iPad or phone most of the time.

BTW...I see you're from MV. It's one of my favorite places in the world! My best friend's family owned a house there so I've been going since I was a kid (I live in NH.) Haven't been since last year though, and it was only a day trip. I miss the island!

I have a HDDR on Dec. 7 for 5 people category 1 @ 4pm to cancel and also a Spirit of Aloha for a party of 7 to cancel that same day, would be interested?

You might be able to use your phone's internet browser and go to the wdw website to search for those reservations.

You guys are making me want to rearrange my plans to do the SW dessert party on Dec 3!

If it turns out the SW dessert party is only on certain nights, I can make the 3rd work! At first, it wasn't definite that my sister was going to fly in on Friday night but now she is. So, I moved Wild Africa Trek and AK day from Tuesday to Saturday. Currently, have a late lunch at Tusker House and then was planning to go back to the resort, but we could always head over to DHS if that's the only day that works for the party. On Sunday, planning MK from EMM through MVMCP. Marathon day and my sis is probably going to kill me! But, I did send her our itinerary. She didn't look at it but said "just tell me where to go" Now that I think I'm 99% finalized, I'll post my plan here this weekend for some feedback.

Do you guys think it's possible to have some sort of ADR swap shop? I know there is a cancelled thread. But, I know that I cannot cancel several of my ADRs because I can't cancel them until I get what I really prefer ( better times/days for our family's plans). Is anyone else in that situation? I'm not sure how else to do it, or if it's even allowed, but I think it would be helpful for a lot of us! Happy Thursday!

I just saw some recent posts that people reported other rides open and even being able to use the FP+ line on those three rides until noon! I am stalking this ADR.

I have been really hoping for this to go into December too! I know everyone is on edge about the SW party!! I'm biting my nails over this! I'm losing faith with RoL ...
As for EMM, it's really the only extra I'm planning to get tickets for outside of regular parks hours. It's hard to plan without knowing even if it'll continue or which days it'll be offered! It switched days from spring to summer, and it's only on select days. Very tough to plan for. I'm just not counting on it being available, and I do have other plans, but that would be just so awesome if it is!

you are welcome to post them here and see what others have. I'm not sure if a thread about that would be welcome on the cancellations board, you could talk to a mod about it. but we can do whatever we want within reason here!

I have a CRT reservation for wed 12/7 for 6 people at 425. But I'm really hoping for one on Sun, 12/3 mon 12/4 or tues12/5. We don't have park hoppers. If anyone is interested in possibly swapping now or later, just let me know!! Or please keep me in mind if plans happen to change on your end too!

Yay! I do think it'd be a fun and relatively simple way for December DISers to meet up for any of us who wanted to. Have you done the Wild Africa Trek before? Our date is 12/4 and we're WILDLY excited! lol

I've made a few changes and am feeling like I need to post again. why? i don't know. it helps me think about it out loud. are you guys sick of me yet? Also i have more detail filled in. it might be time to break out the spreadsheet day by day for plans.

Also if we meet beforehand maybe we can jostle who stands where and make sure any shorties get in front of any tall people. Also no one in our group is allowed to hold a screen over their head and block others

I'm desperately hoping they will continue this event. It would give my teenagers an American amount of time to ride the 7DMT to their hearts content. I could ride Pooh and PP toy hearts content.... and the breakfast looks really yummy! We are totally not interested in the offering at HS, not enough rides for my teenagers.

Yesterday I actually asked my TA to put together a detailed itinerary for me. She was kinda shocked when I asked her as I've been a bit obsessed with planning. I thought it might give me an opportunity to see my plans from someone else's perspective. Heck.... she is the expert no me. I told her all my constraints and unknowns. I'm very much looking forward to see her plan.

To be honest I just want the majors set... ADRs, FP+ and parties... then let the day flow based on our mood. But right now I can't even settle on parks on specific days!!
