Checked into a Grandstand dedicated 2br early Monday December 1st. 8410. Room was in great condition. Clean. No complaints at all. Location was outstanding. Right next to the bus depot. Quick walk past Grandstand pool to Carriage House. We will definately request this location again.
All four days the buses were great. Especially from the Grandstand depot in the am. The buses basically waited for us to get there. Or so it seemed. We had a 5-10 minute wait for a MK bus around 9:30am Thursday AM. Granted we then proceeded to the other stops before heading out but we weren't waiting at a stop and the time to cycle through the other stops was minimal. The only bus stop issue we noticed was at The Springs. This was the last stop heading out and always seemed to have the most people waiting for a bus. We waited there for a few minutes day 1 on Monday for an Epcot bus. There were CM's at every Saratoga bus depot. Overall I was very pleased with the bus service. I found it better than what we experience at POR in mid May of this year.
Bus service back to SSR from the parks was very good as well.
Amy and Marge from wegoshop.com were very good. My 8:30am scheduled delivery was at 8:40am. Amy called ahead to inform us so not a problem at all. I will use them again definately. Since this was a short trip for us we had very little time in the room or at SSR in general so I cannot comment on other service.
We had a great time and can't wait until our next visit to SSR. Currently scheduled for Oct 09.
