Its my familys first trip to DW.dad43,mom41, daughter 5 . We are staying at asmo 3 nights. we have magic your way passes for 2 days . what would you do? thanks in advance for help.

I would try to do it all! :sunny:

Day 1: I would go to MK and be there at park opening. Stay until around 3:00. Head back to your hotel for a break. At 5:30, head to EPCOT and hit the highlights (Test Track, Soarin', Turtle Talk in the Living Seas). You can have dinner in World Showcase.

Day 2: Start the day in AK and be there at park opening. Head to MGM by 2. You can have dinner in MGM (some of the best sit-down dining in the theme parks) and watch Fantasmic! at night. Your daughter will love Playhouse Disney and MuppetVision.

If you want more suggestions, p.m. me. Above all, have fun and embrace the magic! :wizard:

:hourglass 50 days and counting!

Definately plan for spending most of your park time at Magic Kingdom -- especially with a five year old! -- Keep in mind, there is no way you are going to see it all and pick out some "must sees" so you are sure to catch those.

If you guys aren't into the big rides, you can probably get your daughter into all the biggies for her, especially at MGM. Be sure to catch the Beauty and the Beast Show and Voyage of the Little Mermaid there too (along with Playhouse Disney) and just remember two words --- FAST PASS!

First, welcome to the boards! :) Ask as many questions as you want here-- we're all glad to help.

Are you getting the park hopper option on your passes? With a 2 day pass, I'd just pick two parks and do a day at each and save the other two parks for a future trip. With just a 2 day pass, getting the Hopper option really isn't cost effective.

Magic Kingdom for one day is a must. Get there early-- about 30 minutes before opening. With a 5yo, I'd go straight to Fantasyland and do Dumbo, Pooh, Peter Pan, Small World, and Philharmagic-- and you want to be there at opening because many of those will have long lines later in the day. After Fantasyland I'd go to Toontown and look around. If your daughter likes the Pooh characters, I'd consider making a priority seating for lunch at the Crystal Palace. Take an afternoon break back at ASMo and return to the park at night for the Wishes fireworks.

For the other day, it's a hard call for me as to which other park I would do since I don't have any kids. I do agree that your daughter would probably like Playhouse Disney and Voyage of the Little Mermaid at Disney-MGM.
