1st time dvc'r-who do I call

I just closed on my DVC resale and now I want to make my ressies. Would someone be so kind as to tell me what phone number to call to get info on my purchase. I, of course, haven't received any info yet from Disney but I don't want to wait until that occurs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You would call Member Services. The phone number is 1-800-800-9800. If you want to make a reservation at a DVC resort, you should choose option 3 and then option 3 again.

According to other posts here on the DIS, it will take a week or so after closing for your information to get into the computer and for you to get a member number. However, I believe you can call MS and ask if you are in the computer yet. If so, the CM (after getting some identifying information from you) can give you your member number. Once you have your number, you can make a reservation.

Thanks for all your help. I'll be calling in the AM for my first reservations. My closing was Jan. 3rd so hopefully I'll be in the system. I'm so excited!!
