we are arriving on Saturday, and plan to go to epcot Sunday morning.

We will need to get our APs activated. Should we do this Saturday afternoon at Disney springs to save time Sunday morning?

We weren't able to get FP+ For FEA, so we plan to do it at rope drop (or is it better to do at the end of the night?) My question is, is there a benefit to use international gateway in the morning to get to FEA? If so, what's the best way to park....HS and take the boat?

My thinking would be if i could, why not get the passes all squared away ahead of time.

I suppose there might be fewer people waiting to enter at the international gateway but am not sure if entering from there is much, if any, shorter than heading from the main entrance. Plus the boat from HS is not a quick process due to stops.

Maybe someone else has actually tried this method and can give you better info.

I think it would be better to take the most direct route to Epcot. The more you add in different modes of transportation to the trip, the more likely there will be a problem. This happened to me when it took 45 minutes for us to get a bus to Downtown Disney from the Grand Floridian.

I would also have the passes squared away in advance.

Thanks to both of you! That does make sense to not add in any more headaches just to get to international gateway entrance.

If we get our passes squared away the day before, does it blow a day on our passes or does it not start until we enter a park? Obviously 1 day next year probably won't matter much in the grand scheme of things, but I was just curious.
