1st code wrong date

I also received the ap code that is out there. I will be there in August and would like to use the code to stay in the park earlier than my existing vacation that I booked with my dvc points. I would actually be there staying in the park when I am eligible to use the code. I am booked off property for 3 days prior to my dvc trip. I wonder if they will cut me a deal and let me use the code early. I doubt it but if they want my extra money they should because I will be there anyway.

Nope. They are very strict on the codes. I've tried many times and the computer system will not allow it. I too got the pin code and would like to book Friday Aug. 14 and Friday Aug. 21, but the codes don't start until Aug. 23, so I'm SOL.
