1more ques. about CRO booking

Can someone please answer one more ques. about booking through CRO? I have booked room only through CRO, so, since I can't get insurance for room only, If something happens causing us not to go a day or two before we are to leave, Would I give up my deposit only or would they charge my entire trip cost to my credit card?
