192 roadworks ??

Has anyone recently returned from Orlando? If so whats the state of play with the roadworks on the 192? I believe there are some on the 194/I4 junction and another lot on the 192 near walmarts.
I have heard differing opinions, some say they are horrendous and some say they are not too bad !!
