i need help trying to decide 1 more table service for Dinner at Magic Kingdom. I have already passed my 180 days so BOG is not an option.
So which is better in food. I gave 3 picky kids and I think buffets are best option

1900 park fare
crystal Palace
Chef Mickeys

Thanks

I like the food best at CP, plus I don't need to leave the park to eat.
What characters do they want to meet?

For food quality I would definitely go with either PF or CP depending on what characters you wanted to meet and your schedule.

CP is in park and it is always one of our favorite meals. Maybe book it but don't give up on BoG if you really want that, people change plans all the time. Sign up for touringplans adr finder.

CP is fun for not having to leave the park. The food (a lil hit & miss) is generally good, and the characters (while a lil hurried @ times) are adorable. PF if you have time to leave the park. The food is great, the atmosphere manages to feel more relaxing even when super busy, and the character interactions are just perfect-boy or girl. The sisters (our faves!) don't leave boys out, and it's so cute the way they "flirt". It's also nice to take some time and enjoy the GF while there. Explore some of the shops, relax in the lobby to the pianist, just take in how beautiful it is. Great way to re-charge before getting back to crazy MK fun.

I'll remain silent on my opinions about CM's as not to voice any negativity or offend any who might view the place different (to each his own).

We have gone to all three with the kids and they loved them all. If I had to decide between those I would go to 1900 since I think that was the best of the three of them and the food selection was very good. The character interaction also was the best there as well. If we needed to meet the fab 5 then CM is the best option since they come right to your table and you don't have to wait in line at the parks for this. We did this on our first trip and it saved a ton of time in the parks since we got the pictures and autographs out of the way right there. The food at CP is ok but nothing to write home about. The only reason to go here would be to meet pooh and his friends.

PF for the food and if it suits your character needs
CM if there is no alternative way to squeeze Mickey et al into your schedule but be prepared to be underwhelmed by the food
CP if meeting Pooh is an absolute must, food is meh

We like Chef Mickey's for dinner, I think it is a really fun time and we have always enjoyed the food - I know a lot of people have had bad food experienced here but we have eaten here dozens of times and have always enjoyed it.

I would mention though that if you WANT to get BoG, you shouldn't give up. We never make our reservations far enough in advance to make ADRs at the 180 days mark and I have ALWAYS been able to eventually get BoG for dinner within 15 minutes of the time I am hoping for on the day I want. People cancel trips and rearrange ADRS all the time so if you just "stalk" the reservations system chances are good that you will get it. I have been successful getting it from months before our trip all the way to a day or two before our trip.

I second the not giving up on BOG. I just finished scheduling a May trip. I came across 5 BOG dinners that would have worked for us in just a few days of nonintense searching. I booked and dropped a few before one came up that was the exact day and time that we wanted. The Touring Plans Reservation Finder can help with that, too.

My son is 4 and my other 2 daughters are 10 and 15. We are taking a Disney cruise beforehand and also doing ohana breakfast so my son can see the boy characters.
My husband for some odd reason loves Chef Mickeys and well I hate it. I'm leaning towards CP and PF. We always go to CP so maybe we will try 1900 park fare becuase I read the stepsisters were funny and somewhat decent buffet food.
I have BOG on reservation finder so hopefully that opens up
