I was able to catch an 8 pm reservations for 1900 Park Fare for my family, including my princess loving daughter. We plan to stay at the GF, and it was much too late to get the big princess breakfasts elsewhere. Now I've read some bad reviews of the restaurant here, and I'm worried. :worried: I guess I can't cancel it unless I manage to book a princess meal elsewhere because I've already told my daughter about it. Anyway, yay or nay to dinners at 1900 PF? Can it be a good experience? The reviews were mostly positive at tripadvisor.

I've had breakfast there, and really enjoyed it, but I haven't had dinner. My daughter and son in law did last January when they were on their honeymoon though, and thought it was great--good food and fantastic character interaction.

We did it in 2011 and we loved it! The characters were really great. Of course Cinderella and Prince Charming were the main event but our favorite characters were the Step mother and step sisters! Very good character interaction and we loved the food!

We didn't care for the food, but we thought the character interaction was great. The step sisters were hilarious and although we didn't think the food was all that great, the step sisters were worth the trip for us.

We did this last year with 6 adults and 2 kids. Pretty much the same as others have said... The kids loved meeting the characters but the food was just okay. I'm a bit of a picky eater myself so it was a bit of a struggle finding something I liked but I suppose it could have been worse. Won't be going back.

My family went last august and this is the only meal my husband requested for this year. I thought the food was good. Strawberry soup is my fav. I could eat it all day. And my husband liked the sushi. They also had shrimp cocktail another of my favorites. So I think it was good. And like the others said... Great character interactions esp with step family members!! I think you made a good choice.

We prefer this princess meal over the others. The interaction is way better. We like that there were so many food choices. Our family found something for everyone.

(As opposed to standard breakfast at CRT and limited Norway menu for lunch at Akershus).

We did this 2 years ago and loved it. My daughter, now 7, is disappointed we won't be eating there again. Dancing with Prince Charming is the high point of her whole trip.

I'm happy to hear other people had good experiences. When we went last August for dinner, the food was absolutely dreadful. The character interactions were fun but it was the worst meal we have ever had a WDW. Swore we would not go back.
