Got a ressie for 1900 Park Fare for dinner, just wondering how good it is? I do think it is awful exspensive, (not that I am going to pay for it) so I was wondering just how good it really is?

We love 1900 Park Fare! We went there in 2008 when we were traveling with another family who had a daughter and we couldnt get into CRT and now we love it! We went back this year with just my family of four. I have two boys and they still asked for 1900 Park Fare as one of their top choices. It is fun to see the GF resort, the food is good, and the character interactions are basically some of the best I have seen. It is great to see Cinderella and the prince together, especially dancing together! The evil stepmother and sisters are awesome. They cracked my boys up! Overall, Yes! 1900 Park Fare is worth it! :thumbsup2

hi my family also , loves 1900 Park Fare . Breakfast or dinner , I am sure you will too,:thumbsup2

Have a Great Trip:cheer2:

The food is just okay; but the entertainment is by far the best for all character meals. This is not your typical character meal where they come by and pose, sign and move on - this is true entertainment. The step-mother and step-sisters are hilarious.

the food was so so for dinner and breakfast was good. Dinner character was great and memoriable and breakfast characters are different from dinner but they were great too. I would go back for the character but not the food...Cinderella came over our table and asked my son to dance with her and then after the dance the step-sisters came over and had a chat with him and then the step mother said to he should marry her daughters and then prince charming came over and told him don't listen to them and if he enjoyed his private dance and he smiled and said yes.

We think 1900 Park Fare is one of the better buffets at Disney. Great variety, not too much weird things. They have a kids buffet too with the basic kid friendly food like chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and pizza. The entertainment is good too. Make sure to try the Strawberry soup, its yummy!

We enjoyed the food very much despite reviews that we read.

We ended up at 1900 Park Fare for dinner when we couldn't get a reservation at the castle. We loved it! We took the ferry boat from the Magic Kingdom main gate and really enjoyed the GF hotel.

If wew can't get the Castle again next year, we will try the 1900 Park Fare dinner.

I absolutely love 1900 Park Fare. I have had better food in my lifetime, but I have definitely had much worse...and much worse at Disney. I have to say though the character interaction is the best of any character meal I have ever been too. Those stepsisters are absolutely hysterical. My grandchildren really loved it and are looking forward to going there again on our upcoming trip.

Whatever you decide...have a great time and enjoy your trip.

I am so glad to hear about all the great reviews on 1900 Park Fare. We have an ADR for dinner on our upcoming trip in December. We originally had ADRs for Cali Grill but there is some sort of Private Party that is going on so they had to cancel our ressie....so the CM asked if there was any other restaurants that we were interested in, and since I had heard so many good things about this restaurant, I asked if there was availability. Fortunately she was able to squeeze us in....this is our arrival night, and my DD8 and DD6 have no idea we are eating here....I think this will be a great way to start off our Disney Vacation :goodvibes:

We were at 1900 Park Fare about 3 weeks ago. We had a week of buffets for our free dining. While the buffet wasn't the best, that award belongs to Crystal Palace, it was good. Not alot of variety though. My family eats lots of vegetables and salads, not really into prime rib/beef and just a little bit of chicken. We didn't go hungry, and enjoyed the buffet. The characters are wonderful, being face characters the interacting is very good, and different from the fuzzy characters. The step sisters are wonderful, talk to them about how pretentious Cinderella is, or how wonderful she is...the reactions are priceless. Anyways, it is a wonderful dinner. And of course Prince Charming is well..charming to a fault. Enjoy the dinner.

I will say that i am not a picky person at all but i found the buffet kind of blah. The only thing i really ate was roast chicken & potatoes. There was no kind of pasta in cream sauce which is something i like and which i found at Chef Mickeys which was really good. I thought CM had a much better selection of food if i had to pick one. In other words there was nothing at that buffet that really stood out to me that would make we want to go back again(again I am not a picky eater). If you are on the free dining plan that is fine I say go but if you are paying out of pocket it is definintely not worth it if you are looking for a great meal. Also the desserts were only ok, i did however like the soft serve vanilla ice cream and filled up on that. The characters were good although one of the step sisters forgot about us (i didnt know her name anyway so i guess it wasnt that important)

Breakfast was very good.....character interaction was wonderful (for 4 adults)

Dinner was not good....probably the worse buffet we've experienced at WDW...and the character interaction was not so good for us (2 adults)

The characters are a blast but the food is terrible

We had a great dinner there on August 28th. Rotten server tho. His name is Scott so if you should get him, request another table that isn't his...He tried to cheat me out of $ 4.00...besides the tip I gave him...He did nothing extra either...even when he brought out the beautiful white chocolate slipper with raspberries, he just set it on the table, not even if front of McKenna..How rude was that. He didn't even wish her Happy Birthday and it was on the plate...oh, well, I will know next time:) The food was great....

We just ate there last week and loved it. I had heard mixed reviews so was nervous but we (DH, DD12 and DD13) all loved it. No one left hungry and the characters were fabulous!

We will be there for dinner on Sunday night; it's the 1st place at Disney we are taking my 3yr old grand daughter (after the resort). She is SO looking forward to dinner with Cindy.

I took my kids Jun 2 09, It is LOUD. it happened to be my daughter's 11 birthday. the step sisters SCREAMED at the top of their lungs "birthday liar". the entire restaurant turned to look at us. The food is ok. I didn't get a hot meal ONLY because I was pic person. I like the buffet. It is comparable to "Play and Dine at Hollywood and Vine. I would go back. (bit pricey)

Dec. 16th will be our first time going to 1900 Park Fare for Dinner!!! We are very excited!!!!

We will be there Dec. 12 for dinner too :thumbsup2 It will be our first dinner experience at 1900 Park Fare. My son is 12 & I told him we are going to see the step-mother & step-sister antics. Truth be told: I really want to see Cinderella! This will be our 5th trip in a row and I have yet to get to see her! I'm really not concerned about the food ;)

We will be at POP Dec. 12-19!! :goodvibes :goodvibes
