* This is not meant to be smart-Alec or snide, but although this is your vacation, this is their livelihood. They can't be expected to work simply because there are folks who want to see them. This is why I seldom recommend people going to places near the end of posted hours. A good example is a person coming up to a Concierge Desk at 9:55pm when we close at 10:00pm and expecting service that takes a lot of time. We make plans and/or have family waiting for us and want to get out on-time.
