I currently have 1900 Park Fare breakfast booked on our non park day. I booked it for 11:45 because we aren't big eaters in the morning and this way it will serve as our lunch. The website says breakfast stops at 11:50, so does that mean we won't have fresh food? What about the characters, will we be able to meet all of them? I don't want to feel rushed, would an earlier time be better? It will just be me and DD11. Thanks

We had a late breakfast—I think the same time as you—in 2012, and it was seriously the best breakfast buffet we ever had at Disney.

It had quieted down somewhat and was kinda relaxing. No problems whatsoever with service, food or characters. The Mad Hatter was very funny, and so was Mary Poppins, surprisingly.

At that time, you won’t have to wait a long time at the omelette station. The chefs there will make you an omelette or eggs to order.

You can get strawberry soup. :cloud9: The smoked salmon display is awesome, and they serve Mickey waffles with bananas Foster syrup.

We were fine with a late ADR, and it was an outstanding meal. :)
