Is this a must do for anyone?

We arrive at WL at around 6 pm on Sept 2nd (I can't leave for disney until 4pm when work is over .. doh!) I made a PS for 8:00 at 1900 PF. Is it worth kind of rushing around.. or should I just stick with Whispering Canyon since it's right in the hotel?

Any opinions?

It depends on why you are planning to dine there. For my niece it is a must. For me, it doesn't really matter. That being said we will be dining there in 8 days at niece's request. If it is for Cinderella, you will not get her or the others at Whispering Canyon. Park Faire is also a buffet with many different choices. The food is really pretty good, IMHO it is a notch above the other character buffets. The strawberry soup is excellent as are the desserts. I personally don't remember too much a bout the actual dinner part except for there being a wide variety and tasting good. Have fun, whatever you decide. I wish we lived 2 hours by car from WDW. Instead it takes 8 hours between the plane and the trips to and from the airport.

I love 1900 Park Fare. It is defintely one of my must do's. The other is Kona cafe. Are you rushing because that is the only night you can go there? If it is, then I would say go for it! I have never been to Whispering Canyon for dinner but I was not too impressed with their breakfast. However, I do love 1900 Park Fare for both. Good luck with your decision.
