1800 Flowers Work At Home Opportunity (Select States)

OMG! I had an order I wanted to cancel and the CSR rep told me I had to call the florist myself! He was giving me the phone number. To top it off he hung up. No wonder we get so many mad callers! Just had to share!
 
It's me again..here to vent.

Okay, so I have been working pretty much straight through here..very weird messed up hours that are not on my avail. blah blah blah.
Anyhow..I was fine until I got to CSI calls, which in our training class we were hardly trained to do. I got myself through it, and I was doing fine until Thursday, when OMG, every call I got was someone who wanted to sue 18F b/c of something! There order didn't arrive, it was damaged, they were B2B, i thought I was handling them pretty well, being kind and understanding of the customer. Then they swithced me to Bloomlink where I was taking calls from florists who were angry with 18F for continuing to send them orders they could not take, and were not patient at all with me in the least. And they are SO pushy! They must smell Rooky on me and just go for the gusto asking for an extra $40 for some deliveries!!! It's insane. And of course I couldn't give it to them. So then next day I am in TLO que's which is something that I *again was not trained very well in, so I am calling more florists and thinking, WHY DID WE AGREE to fill these orders if we CAN'T?? I mean, no wonder these people are upset!
I was fine today until people start calling me in the dead middle of the night wanting me to tell them where there order is. :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 No florists are open, i can't call out to find out. And there has been no update on their account. And in some cases I am trying SO HARD to find an awnser for the customer and then I come back to the phone so they can just go off on me, and tell me what horriable CS this company has blah blah blah.
Why am I letting this get to me??
I guess I just feel there was such a LACK of good training, that I don't feel prepared with awnsers that I feel are good enough to give the customer. I have gone through the training manuals by myself again, but a lot of these things are problems that going through with a "trainer" would have been helpful.I don't know..and then this sceduling is MAD! 86.5 hours this week total, i am sleep deprived, hungry, i am missing my own mothers day, i miss my daughter that I have had hardly no time for this week and It is all getting to me! How are we expected to provide this "GREAT SERVICE" when we are sceduled for 12 hour shifts that are litterally 5 HOURS apart.(?????)
Anywho, sorry about that, just feeling stressed..needed to vent.

Nicole, stay strong girl, hopefully it will get better...=o) I was so ready for my shift to end last night I much prefer sales to CSI but all I got was B2B CSI calls last night. Off to work now and I get off there at 3:30pm and then back on the phones from 4pm-4am! I'm soooooo sleepy.

I totally agree - I have been on 7am till 9pm. I think instead of 2 week training where we read slides they let you take REAL LIVE CSI calls & see how to handle them. A month of training would be good & smaller classes.

I barely get any response in chat from anyone - my hold times & ACW times are through the roof.

I got logged off from citrix today 47 times (I know I counted & made a note of it!)

I am tired of hearing from the SSM's & Mentors - look at your CSI guidelines - you know what sometime you have to look outside the box & go that extra step for a customer, yes some customers are full of crapola but some are nice, sincere & just want that flower arrangement for mom on the correct day.

I HATE FLEX DELIVERY - STOP TAKING SO MANY ORDERS FOR A PARTICULAR DAY IF YOU CAN'T FILL THEM IN A TIMELY FASHION - That all goes back to the almighty dollar!

Ok vent over - I feel your frustration & if my time card doesn't reflect the correct hours I put in I might go nuts tomm :)
 
i still don't have my schedule past the 15th, is anyone else still waiting?
 
I'm waiting too....this is killing me, working 4p-4am was unable to get out of it...ugh! SOOOO sleepy.
 
I can't believe how many people's mother's day was ruined by 18F.That's what they all say to me! I have only had CSi calls all week- status check, status check AHH!!

And here we go again with the scheduling thing I will really scream!
 
I agree the calls last night and tonight have been pure hell. I'm tired of the personal threats, I've had people ask me my exact location and address and full name etc.:scared:
I tell them my first name, that I am a cust serv rep and that is it.:scared1:
 
Okay, well at least we can all find comfort in knowing we are not alone in our 18F "fun"...RIGHT???

I just emailed my SSM since I've worked 12's all week and am working my other job tomorrow and Sunday 9am-3:30pm and Flowers has me working 4p-2am tomorrow and 4p-4a Sunday. I know I'll be terribly burnt out. Fingers crossed they will shorten the shifts, atleast Sundays. I just can't imagine working 19 hours with only 4-5 hours sleep. Anyone else working an insane amount of hours? My total for this week is 82 currently...=o)

Me, by the end of tomorrow (my last shift that's showing on the schedule so far) I think I'll have 114 hours in the last 9 days.
 
today I am really frustrated, I'd actually rather get CSi calls then be stuck in these queues that I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing with. This is so frustrating!!!!!
I've been on csi's almost all week, I had someone tell me this morning that he hoped I rot in he$%, that he was sure MY mother got flowers. Of course she did... lol.. I ordered them LAST WEEK not sunday morning!

I just keep trying to remind myself.. Dsiney money, Disney money, Disney money!!!
 
I'm just afraid of the mistakes I've made on CSI's...we did not get near enough training on these. I only hope tonight is better...maybe back to normal sales? They sure didn't warn us about how bad calls would be after Mother's Day!

It did seem to get better today though...I worked 1-10 (15 min to go & haven't had a call in 10 min), it slowed down a bit too - a few orders were cancelled - a few status checks - 2 sales calls....I'm beat LOL
 
I was on from 5-11 tonight and it was nothing but complaints complaints and more complaints UGH. I only have 3 hours sched. for tomorrow and then nothing. I sure hope they put the schedules up soon. I received my 401k package today - does anyone know if they match and if so what %?
 
Guys I'm so fustrated with the whole schedule thing, I wish if we had the day off they would put "off" not just no activities, because at this point thats all my schedule says and I am not sure if I will get one today or not.

My fiance is off tomorrow and we wanted to go to Disney but I'm afraid I'll come home and see a schedule for tonight sitting there and be too tired to work it.

I feel I need much more notice, certainly no less than 24. Am I to sit home all day everyday checking it twice a day till I get something? I'm not being paid to wait around. I'm emailing my SSM again and calling BiBi. I'm so sick of being pulled each and every way and waiting for an answer when I need one but supposed to be available whenever they need me.

On a happy note.... I got a bit of sleep last night...=o)

:grouphug: Hey Girlie! How are you doin? What's the update from Bibi? Anything? Is your scedule up yet? Did you get to go to Disney? Ugh! I know what you mean. I think everyone is a bit frustrated. So far no scedule problems yet. They are good with sceduleing me..just not good about PAYING me. Which :scared1: !!!!! Makes me nervous, b/c another pay day is right around the corner. Not looking forward to no paycheck again on Friday. Hopefully DD kicks in.
ANYWAY..
