Hello Everyone:
It is 6:28 p.m and I am starting WW right now. I will journal 6:30 p.m. to the following 6:30 p..m. the following day. I am going to Disney in 180 days and want to lose some weight before then.

So my journal will be:
Dinner
Lunch
Breakfast

Come and cheer me on. Make all the comments you want! I love to read them.

Right now getting ready to have my first WW dinner! I will be doing the WW Flex program.

Dinner:
3 oz chicken - 3 points
Corn on the cob - 2 points
Roll - 2 points
FF parkay spray -0
1 cup of pineapple -1
Diet coke -0

8 points


Breakfast:
Cottage cheese
Raspberry
1 hardboiled egg


Lunch:


Snacks:
FF chocolate pudding
