180 day question

I am so confused....

We originally booked our stay at the Poly (arriving on a Monday) and then decided to fly in late the night before (Sunday) and stay that night at the All Star Movie resort. I am not sure if the travel agent that we went through put it all on the same reservation number or two separate reservations (and I am not even sure if that matters). Are we allowed to book our ADRs for the whole trip 180 days from the Sunday (the day we stay for 1 night in the Value) or 180 days from the start of our 10 day trip(which starts on the Monday)?

Also, when I call to make the ADRs how will they know when my reservation is for (do I need a Confirmation #, is it by phone number???)

You can make your ADRs 180 days from the day you arrive at the All Stars Resort.

I plan on doing the same thing.
This summer, we'll be at BCV for 8 days, but will check into Pop Century one day before. I plan on calling to make my ADRs at 180 days from our check-in to Pop.

I always have my reservation # handy. Your phone # should work also (I think).
They need some kind of proof that you are staying onsite if you want to do the "180 days plus 10."

You can book ADRs 180 days before your arrival (see here: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining/pscalc/dispscalc.html)

At that time, you can book up to 10 days worth of ADRs.
