I would be happy to sell you my points, and as you said it would be 131 points for your stay in a standard view room, but for 158 points you could be in a preferred view room. I need to call member services and check for availability and i will get back to you

my wife & I would like to rent 50 points (10 points a night) for a 5n/ 6d trip to vero beach. we would love to vacation there from 5.8.05 to 5.13.05- sunday thru friday- in an ocean view studio. i have heard thru another member to this web site that only the garden view room is available during those dates. if that is so, then we only need 40 points.
