16th birthday in Disneyworld

Hello all...
My niece age 15 will be turning 16 this October. My sister wants to plan a disney trip for her and asked for my advice.
Any Ideas?
It will be very tastful..not a big blow out thing.
Halloween Party-they will be attending
Even down to fall packing lists and etc.
Would be great

Oh I wish I was going..my 13 year old now has decided that she wants the same thing for her 16th party and has begun planning it...

My stepdaughter is turning 16 on this trip to WDW. We decided to book the Segway Tour in EPCOT for her on her birthday. Participants must be 16 or older to be able to do it, so this will be great for her.
