wow. it seriously is so funny that you posted this...as you were posting,i was in the air, flying from philly back to tx and i actually wrote on my wedding list of things to do to make a list of things to pack...weird...

from my one experience dont over pack. truly the day of they handle all for you. they have the wedding gown emergency kit and all. all you need is a calm mind and happy smiles!

from what i saw in the cabinet in the pavilion i saw all things needed such as needle and thread and such. i am sure that they carry stuf on them to all locations. if your experience is anything like mine they think of everything.
to be sure ask your planner. it would save you alot of packing.

anda quick story :i was all about making usre i had all the touch up stuff and stain remeover and mid reception my husbands dad steped on my dress and wam my bustle went flying off and ripped all the buttons right off and i just help it the rest of the time. i am sure you will have so mcuh fun you wont even worry about it.

but to answer your question yes i saw an emergentcy kit!
