160 pt contract direct from owner

Still thinking of picking up a 160 pt contract and am curious where you all have purchased your resale pts.?
I've seen The TS store and DVC by resale, is there a place that owners sell from directly, just curious because I still think some prices I am seeing are little too high from what I hear people are actually getting their pts for.

Try ebay, if you're willing. Keep in mind that it's a negotiation and you can always offer less than the posted price at any site, and that Disney still has to pass it through ROFR no matter where you buy (even if they really aren't doing much of that lately).

I was told they are not buying many back now. The only resort they seem to have any interest in buying back is BCV right now. Interesting......??

tug2 website is a good place to look. You don't have to join to look at properties for sale.


Oops, just checked and there isn't much for sale there right now.

Definitely recommend you make an offer on some of those contracts you see that are a little too high. If they have been sitting there for a while the owners may be willing to take less.
