I'll be working on my next chapter later today. It will be our 3rd day in WDW and will feature the Sweet Sunday Food & Wine Event with Colette Peters!Be back soon!-Michelle

Yeah :yay: :dance3: :yay: :dance3: :yay:

You are going to LOVE SPAMalot! I saw it in London and there was never a moment when I wasn't laughing. If you're Python fans or just like the Holy Grail movie, the show is right up your alley. I've never been to Vegas but it sounds like you are Jordan are going to have a fabulous time!

That's so cool you saw Colette! (I knew who she was as soon as you showed her picture).

The views are still fantastic! ;)

Sorry about the cookies, but the cakes look YUMMY!

Thanks for sharing - it is so interesting to hear this stuff as 1) I didn't know these events existed, and 2) it will be a LONG time before I get to do any of it.

:goodvibes

Now that sounds like my kind of event!! Breakfast buffet, champagne, chocolate cake, carrot cake ... what can be bad about that!:thumbsup2 I will definitely have to get back to F&W for a Sweet Sunday!

Your Vegas trip sounds like it's coming along nicely. I'd love to hear all about it. It's never been anyplace we've set our sights on, but I have to say the new Cirque "Love" show has caught DH's attention, as he is a huge Beatles fan!

Wow! I didn't even know the Sweet Sunday event existed. Another reason I love the Dis so much, you learn so much! :goodvibes

I just love the views from your hotel room, Maybe someday I will splurge on an MK view.

Wow! The Sweet Sundays event sounds wonderful, we have never done that one before, but I think we will have to give it a try next year.

Your Vegas plans are to die for! I'm jealous and wish I were going too! I hope you and Jordan have an awesome time there! With such great food and fun, you can't miss!

The video from PFTS makes me feel like I was still there! Ahhhhh...wish I was! Only ten more months before we will go again! Glad you caught so much on film, it is amazing what you forget and miss when your at such a large event like that. Thanks again for sharing your precious family memories with us!

Mmmmmm.... cake! This looks like such a neat event!

And I just LOVE that picture of Spaceship Earth - the angle is perfect! :thumbsup2

That carrot cake looks sooo good! I love carrot cake! Great , now I'm craving sweets!

Love your TR! So much so that I went back in time to read your christmas TR! Great stuff! can't wait for more...

Now I want cake.

I think what I enjoy so much about your TRs is that your really maximize your experience. AND, you clearly all have such a wonderful time doing it together.

Glad to hear they assigned a table for Sweet Sunday.
We attended the first one this year, and it was still unassigned.
Caused the same problems Brenda mentioned last year.

wow, what an awesome event! those cookies are beautiful - too bad you couldn't choke them down  i had never heard of this event either - thanks for letting us live vicariously through you!

Boy oh, boy! When you guys "do" the Food & Wine Festival, you really it "do" it properly!

When my family does the F&WF, it means we walk from kiosk to kiosk guzzling various wines from around the world and occasionally trying the food they offer. :confused3

We gotta be more like you guys.

Those pictures you take are fantastic! I mean like professional. Very well done. Kudos! :thumbsup2

That food looked so good! I am so glad that Disney improved upon the last year you were there and gave assigned seating. I remember what a fiasco that was in the last trip report. So yayyyy!!!

The Sweet Sunday with Colette Peters was being held in the Chef's Showplace, the old Odyssey building between Test Track and Mexico. We walked there, taking in all the sights, sounds and smells of Epcot in the early morning. We don't usually go to Epcot first thing in the morning, so it was something different for us...

So cool that you got to see her. I enjoy watching her on Food Network in the challenges. The pictures from your balcony are beautiful. The cakes looked so yummy. The cookies were beautiful too, too bad you couldn't eat them.

And I just LOVE that picture of Spaceship Earth - the angle is perfect! :thumbsup2

I totally agree.
