Michelle, I know exactly what you are talking about with friends! I am going to scream if one more person tells me I'll be too thin at 130!! I am 5'4" and every extra pound shows up on me. I get the "you are eating, aren't you" phone calls all the time. YES, I AM EATING BUT NOT JUNK!!!!! It really is frustrating!
It is cheaper to eat unhealthy than it is to eat healthy. WTG finding a snack you can live with. You can't deprive yourself or you will go off your plan. And one pack of 100 cal cookies is not going to effect your weight adversely. It is the end of the day calorie count that you have to watch. But as long as you know what is going in your mouth you are in control. Really, that is the secret to weight loss...you have to be aware of what you put in and how you move. Ok, enough preaching from me!
Ok, I got my one mile run in on the TM. I have gotten slack with my running since I have been going the gym. 'Course this week I can blame TOM.
