Good Morning!
I love it when this thread is buzzing with energy! Everyone has so much going on, it's really great to hear about all our activities.
Today I'll be back on the TM -- "Chicago" came, so that should get me moving! It's 102 minutes, so that should be over 5 miles for me. My goal this week is 23 miles. I'm at over 12, with two workout days left, so I should make it.
I'm going to eat well today, too.
B: eggs w/cheese
S: low carb yogurt
L: lettuce wraps, sugar-free jello
S: nuts
D: SB frozen dinner
S: blueberries w/sugar-free cool whip
If that doesn't kick some pounds to the curb, I don't know what will...
Debra -- It's fantastic your entire family is eating well. That is a great accomplishment!
Kris -- You leave me in the dust! You're running is fantastic. I want to do a Disney Half Marathon, I'm hoping to lose some weight and then be able to seriously train. I think I do need new shoes...thanks for the reminder!
Empare -- Don't ever be embarrassed to post here!

I don't think you will ever see a comment that is anything but supportive. Sometimes we push each other a little, but everyone understands that we are all striving for a goal!
Gracer -- It sounds like you are off to a great start.
Jen -- One pounds is great for TOM! I know you are so busy, you don't have time to gain weight!
Linda -- I am determined to find the muscles in my thighs...and you will, too!
Naisy -- You are absolutely right about the babysteps. With your attitude, you won't crash and burn!
Tara -- Ditto what Debra said! Thanks so much for keeping this going!
Tracy -- How's the gym working for you these days?
Dona -- Have you finished with school yet?
Kathy -- How are you feeling these days? We worry about you!
O.k. everbody, it's the middle of June. Let's push hard and start July on a losing roll!
