Hello ladies, how are y'all doing today? I think I am doing great today, great becaue I am so far sticking to eating healthy. Here is what I have eaten:
B- Raisin Bran w/ half cup of 1% milk
s- Tortilla chips (only a few)
L- Turkey Burger with fat free mayo, ketchup, mustard, & tomato
I feel good and I hope I can keep it up through my "eating time" which would be any time after 3 pm until bedtime
I'm usually just famished and want to eat everything in sight.
Maria, I hope you are feeling better soon. May 10th for a fresh start sounds great, count me in.
Kat, how can you possibly be expected to concentrate on anything when you are this close to going to the World?
Kelly, I wish I could buy our tickets early, but I have to go to Shades of Green the day we get to WDW to get our tickets. Unfortunately, they need to see our ID cards in order to get our discount.
