Terms:

Under 100 points: 100% of rental due upon you receiving the forwarded written confirmation from DVC Member Services.

100 points and above: 50% of rental due upon you receiving the forwarded written confirmation from DVC Member Services. The remaining 50% due 60 days prior to your stay.
