Good, that's 2 millions criminals I don't have to worry about.

They need to get the rest of them in there too.

That's because we live in a jailing nation...

But I'm not going to start a debate about that.

If there are really 2 million people that committed such terrible crimes that they need to be placed in jail, then what a sad world we live in. I can't believe that so many people can be so cruel. I'm frightened to think what the world will be like by the time I have kids.

A good majority of those "criminals" are drug offenders.

Our prisons are overrun with so many people who have an addiction, yet there doesn't seem to be much attention paid to rehabilitation. My SIL, who is now dead, was a repeat drug offender, she spent a quarter of her life in prison - where she did as many drugs on the inside as she did on the outside. Never was rehabilitation mentioned. She eventually died when she got out of prison and got some bad heroin that she bought on the streets.
