Hi everyone

Sorry for the long delay, but i had a death in the family my cousin took his life he was 16 years old and he was also gay. My family and I always accepted him but his family never did. I offered him to come live with me but his mother declined . But I guess with school and what he was going thru at home took a toll on him. I'm really going to miss him I was really close to him he would spend the weekend with me it hurts so much. I'm trying to stay strong but its hard to. Sorry for bringing sadness to this happy place.


DH and I trip was sooo much fun and I had a blast on the cruise. The trip report will be starting shortly.

So are July trip dates have changed. Are new dates are July 25-August 1st. And the reason it has changed is because he had a couple people drop out, and my inlaws wanted to attend but could only do it during the end of July. Its still 14 people going which included:
Me
DH
Shawn: DH brother
Josh: DH brother
Jason: DH brother
France: DH brother best friend.
Jay: DH sis
Marie: My mother n law
Ben: My father n law
Sha: My sis
Patricia: My cousin
Betty: My cousin
Johnny: DH uncle
Amy: DH Aunt.

So that is the new crew.

Now I have to do all the planning over again. And book a new home because the house we have booked doesn't have the dates we want open, but the were nice to give us a full refund. I'm currently looking on a home and I found one I like but Im waiting on the replay back from the home owner. I have to make car rental reservation over again and do ADR's all over again. there is a lot to be done. Well im off to start my TR stay tune.

I know you guys are going to kill me for not starting my May trip report, but I've been really busy with work and now that I have my god kids 3 of them age 2, 3 and 5 during the summer its hard to start the TR. So I decide to just do a trip report for the trip in July. But I will post some pics from are trip in May to share.

Now for the July trip we are now down to 27 more days!!!!! . Like I mentioned before we had to find another home for are new dates in July it was hard because everything was book or wayyyy to expensive. Then we got an email from this nice women name Karen who saved us. She had a six-bedroom home with pool and spa but it was being re-decorated and didn’t have any pictures with furniture in it . When DH told me about this I was like oh no pass I don’t want to take chance but he convince me and I said lets go for it. I keep in contact with the owner and she made me feel relaxed about the whole thing. She always emailed me back when I asked questions and was very professional. And on Thursday I get an email from her saying that she finished decorating the pictures are up on her site. I was so happy with the results, the house is amazing and the price was only $1481 for the week which is only $15.11 per night per person you just can't beat that price . Today I’m heading to Old navy, and a couple of other stores. I’m getting new luggage, and a new camera I've had both for almost 5 years and now they are so beat up time for an upgrade. The camera that I want is $179.99 and a 4GB SD card is $19.99. Since I’m getting it from my job I will get a discount. Here is a pic of the camera:

So Saturday was suppose to be a good shopping day to get most of the things I wanted for the trip out of the way. Well we first went to lunch with my god kids, Dsis, sis n law, DH little brothers, and my in laws yes we all went together. It was only suppose to be my Sis n law and Dsis and my god kids but everyone wanted to come along. I was like no big deal we are going to be spending a week together so why not. The first stop was Old navy, everything looked fine from the outside but when we opened those doors it was a mad house . But with 50% off on all summer clothes who wouldn’t take up that deal. So Dsis, my sis n law, and me hit the women’s section to find shorts and Bermuda shorts. I found a nice shirt and all the shorts I like were either too short (I got to much junk in the trunk for that) or they didn’t have my size. Everyone else found them some nice shirts and DH found some nice swim pants and so did DH little brothers. Then we had to wait in longgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg lines OMG it was worse then Disney on Labor Day, 4th of July and Memorial Day put together. And no I’m no over reacting there was only 2 cashiers working I guess the rest must of quit that day so the lines were to the back of the store. But after waiting in line for almost an hour we paid for the items and we were off to another old navy 20 minutes away. This one was a lot better; all DH little brothers got every outfit for the trip in there. I on the other hand still didn’t find anything my size. So next stop was Golden coral for dinner and then off to Wal-Mart, I found a nice tinker bell shirt and a couple of tops. And I got all my toiletries out of the way. You know when you think your going to Wal-Mart for 15-20 minutes you end up being in there for hours. We were in there for almost 4 hours and I was suppose to spend $50 but ended up spending $250 on beach towels, swim suit, cover up, Disney sleepwear, body wash, stuff for my god kids etc. We were so tired from the whole day, and were ready to go to bed when got out of there. DH and I got home around 1:30am. We just put all the stuff in the office took my god kids a shower and went to bed. I didn’t have time to get my camera because the store already closed. So I plan on getting it this week and I will post a pic of my items.

Car Rental

Yesterday I started searching the transportation board for car rental deal. Well I hit the jackpot, we had reservations at Alamo for a full size car for $445 for a week, and I used the code from the board and made a reservation with national for $207 for a full size car for the week with insurance. That’s a big saving now we can use the money for gas. We are also renting a 15-passanger van and my co-worker just came from Orlando with his family in a 15-passenger van and said that it took $90 to fill up the tank. OMG!!!!!. Hopefully I can get my camera today because it’s raining like crazy here in Miami and when it rains here traffic is bumper to bumper. I will have the pics up from are May trip up on Friday since I have that day off and nothing planned until later that night. So pics coming soon.

Yes We only have 8 dayssssssssssss to go . I know I'm not posting normally which may cause me to lose some readers but I've been really busy with work, my god kids that are with me for the summer, and I'm also taking some cooking classes at Johnson and Wales two night out of the week. So I barely have time. My god kids leave this weekend , I had so much fun with them. . This weekend I need to do for the trip, and start packing, because I work 14 hour shifts on Mon, and Tues . My in laws are so excite they just can't wait some of them are already packed and ready to go . DH on the other hand waits for the last min . UGH men. Here is a list of things that I have to do

Saturday:
Get hair done
Do laundry
Clean House
Go to DF birthday dinner

Sunday:
Work for 4 hours
Church
Start packing

Mon/Tues:
Work 14 hours

Wednesday:
Half day at work (last day of work)
Go Wal-Mart

Thursday:
Relax sleep in
Do nails/Feet
Pick up both rental cars
Finish packing
Head to in laws house to spend the night.

DH uncle has to work the day we leave, so we will leave in 2 groups. The first group will leave at 9am and the 2nd group will be at 4pm. I’m in the 1st group DH is in the 2nd. We plan on having a BBQ by the pool and unpack on the first day.

I will try my best to post pic of me and DH trip on Thursday before I run my errands for the day or while at my in laws house because its always hard to sleep the day before a trip. See ya later. and 8 dayssss to go
